Setting the Lock Code

When you first receive your luggage, setting the code is simple:
1. Rotate the dials to the initial combination (0-0-0).
2. Using a tool, press down the button and input your new combination (for example, 8-8-8), followed by pulling the square mechanism.
3. Lock the case once more, and you can now easily open the lock with your newly set combination.

Handle Stability

It’s normal for the handle of your luggage to feel slightly shaky. After extensive testing, we found that a certain degree of movement is designed to ensure optimal long-term usage. This is due to thermal expansion and contraction principles, coupled with lateral forces. If the handle were overly tight, it could lead to malfunctions or even damage.

Absence of a Key

You may notice that no key was included with your luggage. This is because LUGGEX luggage is equipped with a TSA-approved lock that allows for secure travel using a PIN code. Please understand that keys for customs locks are reserved exclusively for customs officials.
